Pricing Transparency
Resellers must maintain fair pricing. Excessive markups that mislead customers are prohibited and may lead to service termination.
Anti-Spam Policy
Using bots for unsolicited marketing or spamming is strictly forbidden. Bots found violating WhatsApp Business policies will be banned.
