1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Temsee VTU, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use of Service
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device.
Service Availability
While we strive for 100% uptime, Temsee VTU does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Engaging in any fraudulent activity or impersonating others.
Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the platform.
Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial gain.
Accessing data not intended for you or logging into a server without authorization.
4. Reseller Upgrade & Fees
Reseller upgrades are subject to a one-time non-refundable fee of GH₵ 30.00. This fee covers administrative costs and grants access to wholesale pricing and developer tools. Approval is at the sole discretion of the Temsee compliance team.
Termination of Service
Temsee VTU reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.
